OwnPropRealtyRight Property. Right Price.

Who we are

A property platform that isn't in the lead business

We connect buyers and sellers directly, keep brokerage at zero or minimal, and put a real team behind every project.

A modern residential property

The premise

Property portals stopped working for buyers

Somewhere along the way, property websites stopped being places to find a home and became places to harvest contact details. You enquire about one apartment and spend the next fortnight fielding calls about twelve others you never asked about.

That happens because the enquiry itself is the product. It gets sold — to builders, to developers, to whichever agent paid for the package this quarter. The listing was just the bait.

OwnPropRealty is built the other way round. The property is the product. Your details are not for sale.

How we're different

Three things we do differently

None of these are features. They're decisions about how the business makes money.

1

Your data isn't the product

Most portals monetise by selling your enquiry as a lead — to builders, developers, whoever pays. That's why one enquiry turns into forty calls. Yours goes to the assigned team and nowhere else.

2

A project-specific team

Each project is handled by people who know that inventory — the layouts, the pricing, the approvals, the neighbourhood — instead of a rotating call centre reading from a script.

3

Customised, never forced

We shortlist against your actual requirement. No pressure, no pushing whatever happens to need clearing this month, no calls you didn't ask for.

The difference

Side by side

Not a feature list — these are consequences of how the business chooses to make money.

Who we work with

Four sides of the same market

Buyers, sellers, builders and investors — served on the same platform, without playing them off against each other.

Buyers

Find a home or plot without paying brokerage, and without your number being resold.

Sellers & owners

List directly and deal with genuine buyers instead of a queue of agents.

Builders

Promote projects to buyers with real intent, with enquiries going to your own team.

Investors

See the legal position and the numbers before committing capital.

How it works

Four steps, no runaround

01

Tell us what you want

Budget, location, property type, timeline. The more specific you are, the shorter the shortlist.

02

Get a curated shortlist

A project-specific team puts together options that genuinely fit — not everything on the books.

03

Visit and verify

See the properties, check the documents. We support the legal and financing side in parallel.

04

Close and move in

Deal closed with minimal or zero brokerage, loan in place, and interiors handled if you want them.

Questions

Things people ask us

Do I really pay no brokerage?

On a direct deal between an owner and a buyer, yes — there is no brokerage. Where we take on work beyond the introduction, there may be a minimal fee, and it is stated upfront before you commit to anything. Nothing appears for the first time at closing.

What happens to my phone number after I enquire?

It goes to the team handling that property. We do not sell enquiries on to builders, developers or agents — that business model is the specific thing we were built to avoid. You will not get forty calls about projects you never asked about.

How do you verify resale listings?

Resale properties are owner-listed, and we check ownership documentation before a listing goes live. Listings carry a clear status so you can see what has been verified, and the photographs are of the actual unit rather than stock renders.

Can I get a loan for a plot, not just a house?

Yes. We assist with home loans, plot and land purchase loans, composite plot-plus-construction loans, resale property loans, and balance transfers. Plot loans work differently from home loans — different loan-to-value, tenure and tax treatment — and we will walk you through the actual numbers for your case.

I'm a builder. How is this different from advertising on a portal?

On a portal you buy leads that your competitors also bought. Here, your project gets its own space and enquiries route directly to your sales team. We do not pool them or resell them to a rival project.

What does the legal check for investors actually cover?

Title and ownership, chain of title, approvals and compliance status, encumbrances and outstanding dues, and a documentation review. Scope depends on the property and the transaction, and is confirmed in writing before any engagement. It supports your own legal advice rather than replacing it.
